Jennifer, sanding your floors may set a new record for dust in your house. My feeling is that, after you have your floors sanded, you should start with the ceiling and go down to the floor with a shop type vacuum cleaner and brush type attachment. Find or buy an attachment that has a clean brush section so you dont get dirt from that on your walls. When you have done the walls, then vacuum the floor. Then tack rag the floor and base moldings. That should get you pretty close to only having a mild heart attack when you see the total amount of dust that has been generated.
