The water heater is a model # HM30. I had the control module replaced twice by servicemen. The last time I replaced it myself. I haven’t experienced any problems with the circulating fan or any leaks. I believe the tank is ok. I guess I called it wrong when I said that it was a boiler-I think it is a gas fired water heater. I wanted to see if I could use the HM30 for my suppply on radiant floor heat? I hope this helps.
