UNPLUG THE UNIT

and remove the plastic cover surrounding the relay (where the power cord comes out) under that cover you will see a relay, you should also see an adjustment screw with a spring around it, this is the adjustment for the relay armature. screw it in to increase the kick off pressure…

BE VERY CAREFULL TO ONLY TURN IT ONE TURN AT A TIME, then fire up the compressor to see where it stops.

BE VERY, VERY CAREFULL NOT TO EXCEED THE TANK’S PRESSURE SPECIFICATIONS!!!!! IT COULD RESULT IN SEROIUS INJURY OR DAMAGE TO THE COMPRESSOR!!!
