You need to be more specific about what kind of light it is. If it is any type of flourescent light, replace the starter or ballist. If it is an incandescent bulb, try changing the bulb to a smaller wattage. Using a bulb that exceeds the fixture rating can cause these problems. If these don’t fix the problem, you should call an electrician because you may have a short and that could be a fire hazard.
