Radiator humidifiers

I live in an apartment in queens NY. we have the old cast iron radiators. It gets so dry in the apartment, that my family experiences anything from nosebleeds, to all sorts of colds and post nasal drip. I have been looking for the pans that slide behind the radiators to keep moisture in the air. Is that what you have?
