PVC vs. copper

sounds like a lazy plumber to me as installing copper is more work that plastic. I would personally go with the copper, and watch the plumber for the whole job to make sure he is not taking shortcuts since he prefers to work with pvc. i have used pvc or abs only on non pressure water lines (drain lines).
