plans to build murphy bed

Hi, I am looking for some plans on how to build a murphy bed. I am in a small studio apartment and a murphy would be perfect, not to mention much more comfortable than a futon.

If you could help me out with some building plans for building a murphy bed, my ‘back’ and I would greatly appreciate it.
