phone jack

hello,

I found that the house I bought has some wiring for a phone jack. My problem is that when I went to by the phone plate, I did not know how to wire it. The phone plate has 4 wires (green, red, yellow and black) and the wires from the house has 6 wires(orange, green, white, blue, white w/orange and white w/blue). Can you help me wire it so that I could have a functioning phone please.
