My huband and I purchased a home last year and we had fantastic cabinets, plain but well built. Our first inclination was to do new cabinets but we went to a local home improvement store, bought
rosettes and roping, spruced them up with new hardware and paint. We used Porter Paint, enamel,
oil based (over Latex) after a good primer by Porter. They look like brand new. Our friends thought we had new cabinets. That was a year ago
and we have no chips, still very white. Great decision.
