Again Dan I did respond. What type of surface?

Metal

Presure wash mobile home with a pressure washer.

Prime bare metal spots with a primer. Ensure paint is compatable with a Latex Paint

Use a Latex paint. Worked well here is Wa.

I believe I used two coats. Will have to be brushed.

Wood. Just like painting anything with a wood finish. Pressure wash and then paint.
