Ok, here’s the thing. The store sold me the Cabot “problem solver quick dry primer to use on the bare wood before the solid color acrylic stain. It says on the can that it is for all types of solid stains and paints and suited for application over previously oil based stained or painted surfaces. However, the solid color stain they sold me is water based. I’m soooooooo confused…
