Neen Schmatics on Hampton Ceiling Fan…

An electrition just installed two ceiling fans in my house. Now every time I turn one on they both turn on. It’s driving me crazy. I do not have the manual to put one of them on a different channal. Can you help. It is a hampton bay with the thermostat, timer and temperature control on remote.
