My Crestline Windows are JUNK too!

Our home was built twelve years ago by a very well respected contracter. He installed crestline casement windows. The wood is rotting away and the sashes are dry, and breaking. I too am thoroughly disgusted and am going to try to get some replacement/compensation from crestline. From what I’ve read here though, I don’t hold out much hope for any kind of customer service from this company. If anyone knows of a class action case, please let me know.
