I believe the model number should be 665.15932000 (note the 3 zeros at the end).

I’m afraid I don’t know the specific warranty for that model, you may have to call Sears and ask. As Tom said, often it is only 1-year but could possibly be longer if a top of the line model.

If it is not under warranty a motor is fairly expensive, more so if you get the whole pump and motor assembly but would likely be easier to install if you were intending to do it yourself.
