The brands they noted as best buys were as follows: Behr, Kilz, Valspar and Dutch Boy. You will need to read the CR report to make sure that you select the proper type of these paints, as all manufacturers have various quality lines available. Also, don’t economize on brushes and rollers. There is a world of difference in painting with a cheap applicator and a professional grade one. Buy the best and you will not be disappointed.
