Installing windows in concrete foundation

Our Yellow Pages has several firms listed under “Breaking, Cutting & Sawing Concrete”. I suggest you look in your phone book and call one of these places. I really don’t think that this a DIY type of project. If you were talking about a cinderblock wall, I would think it doable by the homeowner, but not with poured concrete.
