installing the GFCI

The Ground Fault Circuit Interupter needs to be installed BEFORE the switch…….

Dis-Connect the Black and White cable supplying power to the switches/fan/light…..

And reconnect this to the LINE side of the GFCI…….

Then feed the switched fan/light circuit from the LOAD side of the GFCI……..

Make sure you start with a deep J-box…….
