I would call the local building inspector and ask him to look into the situation. Although in my opinion, the amount of asbestos is minimal, I would play it safe. Close the bedroom window tight until you get this resolved. Have you discussed this with your neighbor? That would be a good first step. Perhaps the siding is non-asbestos after all.
