My questions are; what 4×4 tiles did you use? Are they at least 1/4 ” thick? Did you use shower tiles?

These are important questions.

I have installed tile formany years. In fact I still doit today 5 days a week. No, I can not sayIhave ever had soft grout. I would suggest you call the tech service at Accucolor and tell them exactly what happened. (You will need to be able to answer those questions)
