Don’t know where you are; but I’m in New Jersey where it rained heavily steadily all day. The air was wet. Turning on an air conditioner in those conditions after the home gets humid can let the cold surfaces of the air conditioner sweat until the house dries out. If the drain is working, that is about all that can be done under those conditions.
