Help! I want to disguise the paneling

Hi,

I want to know if anyone out there knows any way to disguise paneling. I’ve had it too many years and want it to look like a solid wall. Any hints?

Also, the walls in this old house aren’t very insulated. I heard about a pain from NASA that insulates as well as paints. Any one else heard?
