Garage Door won’t open when door is down

Thanks for the reply, however I don’t think that it is a balance issue. It works fine from the wall control, and when open, it just does not work when the door is closed from the remote! Is there a way to increase the sensitivity of the units receiver? I have a feeling that the signal can’t penetrate through the door since it works when my other door is open. This is a recent problem. It worked fine for about a year.
