most you can do is let it dry naturally, but the edges where they butt together with hardboard core may stay risen/swelled.
but if the layers have delaminated from the bottom then you may have to replace.
recommendation for laminate in kitchens is to caulk around all the edges and glue the joints to create a more water tight seal to prevent unseen water spills from swelling the flooring.
