Fan???

** Haier manual defrost refrigerator. I can’t find the interior fan. **

Most “manual defrost” refrigerators don’t have any fans. I have no personal knowledge of Haier products though.

** Refrigerator isn’t going below 57 degrees but freezer works fine. **

If this is a typical manual defrost fridge design, the only causes of that I can think of is excessive frosting on the evaporator (freezer box) or the evaporator not completely frosting. Its frosting should be uniform across its whole surface.
