Extended warranty claim reimbursement

** I am filling out my maytag neptune washer claim form but the only expenses I’ve had in repairs are almost $300 in paying for the extended service agreements … Will I be able to claim the cost of these service contracts? **

I wouldn’t think so as it was not incurred *as a result of* any problem but that will likely be up to Maytag or the lawyers involved to decide? If you are successful, please let others know in case they’re in a similar circumstance.
