Deck Waterseal and rain

Yes, the deck is ruined and will have to be ripped out and re-built…or maybe not. Why not just wait a week or so and see how things look. If the appearance is OK and the rainwater beads up, all is fine. If the water still seems to soak in, you might want to give the deck another application. Did you roll it on? I find the best application for this is with a pump-up garden sprayer.
