1. Check and reset circuit breakers and verify both circuit breakers are reset and didn’t trip again after they were reset
2. Check settings to verify the “heat” cycle is actuated rather than the “economy cycle”
3. Make sure the dryer interlocks are not actuated due to overheating or excess moisture ie open the dryer door and wait until the dryer is cool and try again.
4. Sounds like the heater element is burned out. The heater element cost $35-$50 plus labor and is easily replaced. Get some qualified electrician with experience in replacing dryer heater elements.
