Display Posts on the 24th. There’s quite a few comments on this problem. Netted out, I think that your toilet water control valve is at fault. The plastic/rubber gasket that stops the water from flowing into the toilet is defective. When you hear the noise, pull up on the float to stop the water flow. If the noise stops, you’ve got the culprit..
