Earlier I asked for help with our “bouncing floor ” problem. We have wood floors with no sub floor.We also dont have much crawl space but we will do what we have to to fix the problem.Our electrical and HVAC are in the attic but ofcourse our plumbing is underneath.The joist are 2×7 1/4 on 24 inch centers. The span is about 12 ft. Could you explain “blocking” please?
