Yes, the TV is a 13 inch. I cleaned the head again (just to be sure), re-programmed the channels and adjusted the tracking. The only thing I’m not sure how to do is to check the channel setting to see if it’s on 3 or 4. Is that on the back of the TV – because I can’t see anything there to adjust. Thanks very much for your help.
