I have existing flat roof and plaster ceilings
that I need to have insulation put in
do not want to ruin the plaster or take up the flat roof…….but the temperature in florida gets very hot and need to get it insulation
I wanted to use foam but cant find a way
or want to blow in cellulose
if anyone has an idea
please let me know please
What is your ceiling height? if you have sufficient clearance, you could construct a dropped ceiling with insulation between it and the original ceiling.
