I just had a laminate floor installed by Lowes. At the end of the job, the contractor is walking out the door and says “by the way, your pocket doors won’t open as they are now too long. You will need to trim them.” That’s great but how do I get them out of the pocket since the floor is now too high?
That would be the responsibility of the installer (unless you had some understanding with him that he would install the flooring and you would take care of the trim work). Call the installer or Lowes back!!
